I need some guidance here. Shot from 100 feet in a dark hall, no flash allowed, movement of subjects,overhead spots on the stage. What would be the proper shutter speed and aperture settings to balance out light?

First of all it's a beautiful photo, focus in acceptable range, while slightly warm, lighting is very flattering to your daughters. Do you have any photo editing program? Even the most inexpensive ones can do wonders with sharpening, color correction, etc. Does your camera have any zoom and if so, how much. It is sometimes worth upping the ISO to get a sharper shot at the expense of more grain. That is where post processing is so important. Hope my ramblings help. I am a retired pro and love to help people like you who are getting more into my first love. One more thing. Compliment you daughter for learning the oboe. One of the most fiendish instruments to play.
