Let the Show begins ????????.

Well, After got a result on my blood tests the other day, which shown that I got a bit high Bad-Cholesterol level ????(but the rest: glucose-triglyceride-uric acid are ????)... its such wake up call for me to start paying attention on my own fitness (Google on what kinda diseases that bad-cholesterol might cause ya ????) .
So yeah I've to do exercises again, starting yesterday (cos the doctor said so ????). And if any of you saw my stories I posted last nite, its my first exercise after many many years ????. In getting back my cholesterol to its normal level, daily exercises are needed ????????. Treadmill exercises & swimming are my short lists for now ????.
For me, its never too late to start a healthy life. How bout you?????????.
