This is Scout. He is another rescue that I watch. He dislikes men, and really dislikes men wearing hats. It makes one wonder what happens to these abused dogs that makes them react the way they do in certain situations. One of my beauties absolutely freaks out when he hears the krinkle of a plastic/paper bag.
