I’ve always been quite fascinated by these aerial photos of the melt water river deltas in Iceland. During my last summer trip to this amazing country I had the possibility to go up in the air with the amazing pilot and it’s quite cool to try something new for a change! It’s not often I shoot and publish abstract photos, it's quite new for me but fantastic to challenge yourself from time to time! I really love how this abstract capture looks like veins carving through the surface.

When I first saw this photograph, I thought it was a macro photo of fungus. I had no context other than it was in my ViewBug list of suggested photographers to follow for inspiration. I started thinking about how intertwined our Mother Earth is with repeating patterns and similarities. Great to be a part of a whole wonderful tapestry.
