Fantastic image! I especially like the relatively slow shutter speed to give the water that silky look. I am guessing this was around 1-1/2 sec.This is a classic example of "sometimes it is perfectly OK to have the subject dead center in the frame" I think any other placement would not work as well. Is this somewhere in Europe?
