Stumbled across a bush walk while on holiday. What a magical place!

The bride held it together until this moment. The groom had been wiping tears away the whole time.

My grandaughter spied me with the camera and ran down to the steps to do the floss. She's a real character.

Going for an old-school type of contemplative portrait, My subject, Porteous, was keen for the old-school feel I was going for.

NZ's native bird, the Tui, showing off to the female's in the area. It's spring here, and they are about in huge numbers where I live.

The Autumn berry if this tree is a favourite of the little waxeye birds. It was handy that this tree was right outside our balcony.
