Awesome shot Mick did you take this from the viewing platform at the University church.. and climb the 127 steps? My daughter lives in Benson Near by have been many times to Oxford beautiful place but only shopping not to take photos it’s worth thinking about ..😊

Liz, indeed this was taken from the tower of St Mary the Virgin church. In one of my memoirs, I wrote about the experience in a brief article titled "127 steps". I have taken far better photos than this from the very viewpoint but I wouldn't put them here. Glad you like it, thank you!
