Thanks so much Brian. I can't quite remember, but I'm sure it was photoshop with the Topaz Labs plugin and after that, I'm not sure. It was something like "Clean", "Enhance", Detail ..... Im sorry I can't remember any more. I will let you know when I try it again.

I love the way you've done this most beautiful photo :-D Really beautiful comp, fabulous lighting, detail and colours.
