My favorite tree has always been the willow, so very different from the other trees around where I've lived. They look like waterfalls of green, beautiful fronds swaying in the wind. These pictures were taken on the far side of the east lagoon on the campus of Northern Illinois University. The bandage? I donate plasma, twice a week. Saves lives, I get paid, I get to read while doing so and then roam about taking pictures like these.
