Covert

I captured this image while out cycling around the water front of Plymouth uk. I thought it was a very strange item to be left on a bench over looking the water and it just so happened that when i arrived, there was a women walking quickly away from the place where the mask had been left..This may or may not have been her mask, but the line up for the story that could be created from this event was too good an oppertunity to miss. So her lies the mask of the Phantom of Plymouth.
