Boscombe beach in Dorset UK. Achieved the slightly longer exposure by using a Circular Polariser and setting the camera to f22. the exposure was just under 1 second achieving the lovely movement in the water. Having this length of exposure as posed to an exposure of more than say 15sec retains a nice level of detail in the moving water but still gives the effect of movement.
