Very odd shot if you ask me. What is lighting up the buildings as they seem to be reflecting a sky that isn't in the image. Was this supposedly shot at night with a black sky as it looks faked to me.

the buildings have their own lighting. When you do a B&W gradient filter with reduced opacity, it brings out a chromed look. This is a single exposure shot.
