A fog hung over the spillway below Fontana Dam after the rain.

I walk about 6 miles a day barefoot. Sometimes in city parks and sometimes in the wilderness.

There were dozens of little black wood dirt bogs in the trail and after walking barefoot over various rough terrain for 22 miles this felt Heavenly.

I was able to get some good close-ups with my telephoto lens.

While hiking barefoot in the wilderness, I decided to start taking some pics of my reflection in the many pools of water flooding the trail.

With the sun light filtering through the trees, the back of the heart shaped boulder took on a whole new appearance.
