These are two of the world famous Narcisse Snakes. For thousands of years they hibernate in their caves all winter long and in the late sping, they mate and then head to the Manitoba Interlake marshes to have their young and continue doing their part to keep our wild nature in equilibrium. I particularly love the personalities of these two, so clearly seen and captured through the art of photography.
