Dodge/Iron Horse Mine is a vast hole left behind. There is now a lake in the bottom where rainwater has gathered every year and it provides a place for water fowl to play. The viewpoint from the top is incredible. The hole is so vast, the ducks look like tiny ants instead of birds. The sides of the crevice is now making room for flowers, shrubs and grasses. Nature is slowly starting to heal this part of the earth again.
