Marieke (on the right) told me that same day that since she's been here, she had never seen a beautiful Bali sunset. When she told me this, she was crying of exhaustion because her baby had been hospitalized and ill for the past 5 days. I told her "trust me, you'll see it". Later that day we went to the beach and she saw this.
You can't see him, but as their parents hold hands, Marieke has little Syl on his carrier. Not only she got the sunset of her life but what made it even better is that her baby was feeling well. To see this, is to see their love and how blessed they felt for this moment.

This is why I love this picture so much.
