On my recent visit to DC for Christmas and my family took me for a tour in the rain. Got out and snapped this picture of the National Christmas Tree at the White House with my Nikon 3100 with a telephoto lens from about 200 yards away. As you can see the silhouettes of the visitors with their umbrellas.
