This picture was taken at Castlefest, a fantasy festival in the Netherlands. It shows the burning of the Wickerman, a pagan ritual to get rid of the old and welcome the new, during harvest time. Because of the drought in the Netherlands it was unclear whether or not the organisation would get the permission to burn it this year. In the end the flames rose to the sky and I saw somebody raising their hands, the perfect moment for a picture.
