These gentlemen ran out of gas near the reservoir. I dont think they expected to see anyone driving around at 3 am, but I was happy to surprise them. One of the group had left to go get gas and the others setup camp and were waiting for his return. Since they had nowhere to be I asked if they'd mind posing in a picture with the stars. Eddie was happy to help and this is his portrait.

A dirt road wandering through the desert seemed like the perfect foreground for this milky way shot.

Walking through the desert and saw this cactus. It was dead, almost dead, alive and kind of alive. I was intrigued and had to take a picture.
