The river passes under of the bridge is Venetikos River, a tributary of Aliakmonas, who is the longest Greek river (length 297 km).
The construction of the bridge in 1743 and calculated according to sources was built with offerings from the Monastery of the Cave. They are double-arched opening of the large arc reaches 13,80m and small as 5 meters. The total length is 34 m. And a width of 2.70 m., And the total height reaches 7.80 m.
