Hello Abhishek,
Nice photo overall, you just need to tweak the highlights a bit ( the bright white spots just below the middle ) and do some noise reduction on the sky ( do not apply sharpening to the sky ).
I would also remove ( crop out ) the yellow bulldozer on the bottom middle-right part of the photo, it is a little bit distracting, but not as distracting as the blown highlights from the city/building lights in the middle.
If you can't get the highlights decently captured in one shot, do a double exposure, one exposure for the whole scene, and one for the blown highlights and blend them in PhotoShop ( you can try PhotoMatix if you're a beginner in PhotoShop ).
