I took this photo when we were staying at a hotel in downtown Vancouver. Our room was on the 23rd. floor. At that height the windows don't open more than about four inches. I opened the window and held my camera as far outside the window as I could and still be able to press the shutter button. If I was doing it again I would use the timer so I would only have to concentrate on holding the camera still.
