what is it?

It was a tomb carved out of the rock. There were dozens of them strewed throughout the woodland. Sadly I can't remember if this was in Italy at one of the Etruscan sites or Mexico at a Maya site.

The Snow is melting and the snowdrops are here, daf's are pushing through and the tulips are sprouting their leaves.

Took some doing but managed to get super close to this very brave red squirrel. This was taken at about 50 cm away with a 105mm nikon micro lens.

The rest of the herd had wandered off and left this young bull on the brow of the hill, with the sun setting behind him.
