I’ve watched this owl for three years and know where she likes to hunt at dusk and dawn. I like this photo because it includes some of her habitat.

Little grebe on a foggy lake. This was the first cold morning if fall and a blanket if mist covered Smith Mountain Lake. The leaves had just started to turn and the background colors really add to the image.
