This was definitely a day Ill never forget!! It started out as just a regular day of taking some photos along Michigan west coast. The sky was blue with some scattered clouds and the sun was setting. Everything seemed like a normal day. After some time I started to notice some dark clouds off far out in the lake. It seemed to be too far off the coast to cause any problems but as time went on those clouds got closer and closer. They came so fast that I didnt even have time to get to cover. All of a sudden a massive burst of rain and wind( well over 50mph) came roaring down the dunes as I dashed to get to cover. Tress were blowing like crazy and the rain seemed like pellets. after about an hour the rain subsided and the storm moved on and was left with this epic mother ship of a cloud as the sun started to set. A right place and right time kind of scenario.
