In 2018, my mom and I traveled with an NGO in Nepal that focuses on improving maternal and neonatal care in more remote areas. I took this photo a day before my 16th birthday. Three years later and it has remained one of my favorite shots. The sunset we saw that day at Chitwan National park is one that I'll never forget.
