No one likes Death

No one likes death or to see something dead.. I saw this gator dead in the water today at The Bird Rookery. I think it is one of the gators I photographed and watched swim around. This was very upsetting to me to see this wonderful animal lifeless. Just 2 days ago I saw 2 gators in this area one getting some sun the other swimming, There are 2 possibilities one is another gator killed this gator or a human shot this beautiful animal. If it was another gator it would have had to be a very large gator since the
larger males are territorial and solitary animals.They also eat the gator they kill. So that leaves the other possibility which is extremely upsetting to think a human killed this animal just for fun. A senseless act.
