Found only on Martinique is the Migale or Mantou spider. (Avicularia versicolor) They inhabit an 18 mile swatch of northern rainforests. (where this photo was taken.) They are harmless to humans but are regarded as the second most beautiful spider in the world. They don't spin webs like most other spiders and have 4 lungs - go figure.
