My husband and I were exploring Hanoi as the first leg of our Vietnam honeymoon trip last June. I was particularly struck by the French colonial architecture in the Hoan Kiem Lake area as well as the entrepreneurial spirit of its people when I saw this vendor approaching. It was time to whip out the camera and wait patiently for the right moment to capture her amidst the chaos of the city.
