This bridge was once a two lane highway and one of 3 ways to get across the river from Eagan. During flood season it is usually partially submerged. It was made into a bike trail as part of the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge. Walking past this brought so many memories back from childhood, whe nearest Target was off 494 & Penn and was a 30-40 minute drive, which now takes 20.
