The Roman Boat House is situated in Birkenhead Park, wich is a public park in the centre of Birkenhead, on the Wirral Peninsula, England. It was designed by Joseph Paxton and opened on 5 April 1847. The Roman Boathouse with its Doric style pillars, is an impressive feature and has an attractive pebble mosaic floor.
