Looking for a sun flare, I found a halo instead

After a storm, raindrops glisten on a patch of Allium, backlit by the setting sun.

A patch of wild mushrooms emerged in a neighbouring lawn and flower bed. The underside of the mushroom cap is a myriad of tiny tunnels.

On tour in 2013, I noticed this fashionable Cuban vendor watching the street action from the shade. Amazing nails!
