A Monster? Under the bed?!!?

it was beginning to get late when I heard a rustling coming from under my bed. I grabbed my phone as a light to see. I inched my way to the edge of the bed and slowly peeked over into the floor as I was leaning off the bed to look underneath the rustling got louder closet and faster. Before I got close enough to look out popped my dog inching his way from under the bed in this back. I jumped and gasped as he appeared nose to nose with me seemingly out of nowhere. I know dogs can't laugh but that look on his face said he was very amused by starling me.
