I spend lots of time Grey Bruce for fall colours. A polarizing filter really adds to the colours and darkening of the blue skies. Then HDR only needs a slight intro to tweek the intensity. In my opinion, cropping off the right side grasses cleans that area of distracting hydros poles... just cover that side of photo with white paper to see what I mean... What do you think??

Yeah, I missed the poles :(. The sky wasn't blue to start with and I don't think the filter would help a lot. Might try it next time anyway.Thanks.
