I’ve been watching this norther flicker family for about a month now. The time has come to leave the nest and learn the ways of the world. In this pic mom has just left and she has landed nearby calling to her fledglings to follow. They seem to be having a little difficulty figuring out who’s going first. What a treat it has been to watch them grow.
