We'd taken a few days to vacation in Victoria, BC. We hadn't been there before, so converting our miles per hour to kilometers was a bit of a challenge. We walked a lot because our hotel was just 2 blocks off the main street. When our street got blocked off and there was a crowd of people on the corner we got curious. When we went to see what the commotion was about, we were treated to this bike race, It was a big deal in town and we enjoyed it immensely.
