If you want a critique on it, here we go ;)
First of all, the picture is skewing to the right.
Second - not sure, but it seems that you have put the background as a separate picture. The edges of the dome are to sharp to the background, which will give the picture a surreal tone.
At least, you used a HDR render, but you lost a lot of contrasts - so, maybe a bit too much ;)
