The Photoshop World Photo Contest was a total success, receiving over 3,700 entries!

Thank you to all entrants for your participation and a special thank you to Scott Kelby and Matt Kloskowski for helping with the difficult task of choosing the winners.

As described on wikipedia, bokeh is the blur  or the aesthetic quality of the blur, in out-of-focus areas of an image. Bokeh has been defined as “the way the lens renders out-of-focus points of light”.
