Hi Emmanuel! Thank you so much for your kind words! 😊 The baby is really sleeping - newborn babies tend to smile during REM sleep. It's a brief moment, hard to capture but can be easier if you understand the sleep cycle. The pink fabric is real, not added in Photoshop. The photo has very little manipulation - just a little retouch in the baby's skin, since newborn sometimes have skin issues like desquamation, miliaria, scratches and/or newborn acne.
