To make the conical hat, the main material is from the leaves of the wild eagle, which are selected, collected, and then soaked and brewed to create the raw materials for making hats. The leaves must be old, thick, the veins must be hard; leaf surface is not torn, not deep. The standard length from the top of the cone to the end of the cone must be met, too small to be able to do. The fresh leaves are cooked for an hour and a half in baking soda to convert into washing soda, which is meant to remove odors. After that, the leaves are soaked for another 1 and a half months before being cleaned. After cleaning, the leaves of alder leaves only keep the veins (called leaf bones). From that leaf bone, together with the technique of conical cone to bind the leaves to create a special conical shape. Each cone needs about 13 to 15 leaves, depending on the size of the large or small leaves, from which the number of leaves is less or more.
