Got up by 5 am and hiked on a dried out lake for about a mile to capture this image during the magical blue hour. Sun was set to rise by 6 am. I witnessed the light transform the colors of the mountains right in front of my face in a matter of minutes. I was back by 7 am after the light got a bit to harsh to do me any good. I did use Lee filters to balance the image.
