This was a nice adventure shot. I parked my car at "DraftKings at Casino Queen" parking lot. It was quite late at night and I saw a police car parked nearby. I reached out to the officer and asked him if the area was safe to take pictures as it was quite dark on this side of the river. He was very kind and helpful and took me in his police car to Malcolm Martin Memorial Park, which offers a great view of the Arch. The park had already closed, was dark with no lights and the officer was once again extremely kind to walk with me on the ramp all the way up to the top floor from where I could capture this glorious shot. Bless the officer without whom this shot would not have been possible.
