Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in the Belgian Ardennes this past Easter when suddenly this part of Europe was hit by an unexpected winter storm! Great chance to catch up on some winter photography

Time

It was taken during a morning walk

Lighting

The tree was waiting for me at the end of a path. Just had to snap. The conditions were just right

Equipment

I used my trusty Nikon d7100 with a Nikkor 16-200 lense and my tripod

Inspiration

As I mentioned the image was there in front of me, there was no way of missing it

Editing

Just conversion to Black and White, some contrast, reduced shadow and exposition

In my camera bag

I always carry my workhorse camera aka Nikon d7100 with its Nikkor 16-200, tripod, sometimes nd filters, remote, cleaning equipment…basic
