After work in the train from Liège to Luxembourg, between Troisvierges and Clervaux.Time
17:51 on the 1st of March that is around sunset. There are many bends on this single track so everybody had sat down till ClervauxLighting
the original light was genuine SNCB fluorescent p** yellow. So it contrasted nicely with the blue LCD screen prompting you to download the timetable app. The only way out was a gentle BW conversion, which kept the tones nicely while dumping said colours.Equipment
my battered and cherished D4 and the 24-70 2.8, the non-VR version. Tripod? you're kidding, right? Well ok, facemask, sturdy winter boots..Inspiration
I watched often how the train flexes on the track. The resulting geometry is quite fascinating. So I shot a series of 4 shots, liked the straight one best.Editing

On the train to work I'd take a 24-70 or lately the 24-35 and some bright tele to shoot special subjects such as people. that would be the 85 1.4 or the 135 DC Nikkor.Feedback
I travelled every day 2 hours to work and back . that is plenty of time to think and discover new perspectives, Sunrise and sunset would happen during that time which is an extra challenge to handle on the train. Use your time wisely to discover new perspectives rather than playing with your phone
