Still Life Photography in Winter. An Unstaged view of afternoon teatime at my studio desk. Using Macro and high POV to produce a cosy and creative composition in low light through the window from the dull sky outside. The title is a nod to the animated film , ' Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs ' , as the use of macro to enlarge the details of the objects and the hand painted pattern of clouds and trees on the teapot reminded me of the movie and its use of retro looking sweet foods. The final image is meant to create an appealing and cosy response in the viewer as they remember getting warm and relaxing over a nice treat with their feet up. Object Photography.
