This photo was taken in the Lofoten islands. For a week I had bad weather, it was very windy, the clouds were very low and it snowed almost all the days. During two days there was a storm on the Lofoten islands and we were lockdown in our hotel due to the storm. There were tree falling on the roads. After two days waiting in my hotel room, in the morning of my last day in the Lofoten, the weather was calm. There was no wind at all, no waves on the surface of the sea. I have taken some photos from the road and then went down to the seashore to take a symmetrical reflection. It’s end up with this photo.
Only one hour after I took this picture, it started snowing again. And we couldn’t see the mountain in the background.
Sometimes you have to be at the right place, at the right time to take great photos.
