Location
This photo was taken in my favorote place in New York - New York Botanical GardenTime
It was morning (around 10 am) in the Garden, beautifil sunny day - June 1st, last year (before coronavirus came).Lighting
Lighting is good at this time of the day. So, I used natural one (no flash, you see).Equipment
The camera that I have - Olympus E-PL2 (may be not perfect one, but light and good to use, especially in travel). My favorite lens: Olympus M.Zuiko, 30 mm, 1:3.5, MACROInspiration
Personally, I like this picture for 3 reasons: I like Macro, I like flowers, and I like something additional that make the picture more alive. It can be some insect, or drop of rain, or....something else.Editing
Particularly, this picture did not require post-processing. But usually I use Adobe Photoshop CS5 for adjustment (small or big).In my camera bag
Usually I have my camera and a couple of lenses, including my MACRO one.Feedback
My simple recommendation: just go outside and nature give you a lot (if you pay an attention).
