I did this series of photos in my own studio at home, using only 1 soft box (flash light).Time
since I used my mini studio at home, time didn't matter, on the other hand, shooting this type of photos, I created an atmosphere of dark ambient music in the background and I explained the concept to the models, and that helped very much in getting the right expressions on the faces.Lighting
It was really simple, only 1 soft box [flash] using 45 degree angle.Equipment
I used my main camera Nikon D810 with my favorite lense Nikkor 85mm 1.4fInspiration
Women's rights is not a new thing, especially in art, and I was always thinking about a way to express my thoughts about it, I actually wanted to show the [soft control] from communities, cultures and especially the modern ones, without taping on the cliche expressions like violent, freedom of speech..etc.Editing
I used Adobe Photoshop Lightroom only, adjusting the contrast, highlights and shadows. In my camera bag
It depends on the project, since I work with many different fields, and therefore I have a lot of different sets based on each shooting :)Feedback
The key to create such photos in my opinion is to manage the atmosphere to get the right results.
