Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo along the boardwalk in Virginia Beach, Va.

Time

This was golden hour in June of 2020.

Lighting

This is all natural lighting - just the sun on the model.

Equipment

I used a Canon 5D Mark IV with the Sigma Art 24-70 f2.8, handheld.

Inspiration

I was doing a merchandise shoot for Futbolr Clothing in Virginia Beach, Va with a few teenage models.

Editing

Just some simple edits in Lightroom.

In my camera bag

I always have 2 bodies - my 5D Mark IV and the Canon 1DX Mark III (I am also a sports photographer). Lenses are the Sigma Art 24-70 f2.8, Canon 70-200 f2.8, Canon 50mm 1.8, and Canon 16-35 f4.
