Trees with "eyes" ... you see them sometimes. They have a scary appearance. Especially in the evenings, at dusk, when you pass such a row of trees and all those eyes are on you, you feel looked at from all sides and you want to speed up to avoid those scary looks. However, if you look closely, you just see a row of Gray poplars.
The Gray poplar is a natural cross between a White poplar and a Aspen poplar, and it is a fast-growing tree.
